These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotations and orders placed with Pak OZ Sports Co.
Prices are quoted per order based on quantity, fabric, size assortment, customization, packaging and destination. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them.
An order is confirmed once the buyer approves the sample or specification and the agreed payment is received.
Payment terms are stated in each quotation or proforma invoice. Production starts after the agreed deposit is received.
The buyer confirms they own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks and designs supplied for production.
Normal industry tolerances apply to colour shades, measurements and final quantities.
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the affected goods.
