• Standard: 30–45 days
• Express: 15–20 days
• Urgent: under 15 days
• Sample timing is confirmed in your quotation. Delivery times run from sample approval and depend on quantity, customization and destination

Depending on order size and destination, we ship by express courier, air freight or sea freight. We recommend the most suitable option with your quotation.

Incoterms (for example EXW, FOB or DDP) and shipping costs are agreed per order and stated in your quotation or proforma invoice.

Unless your quotation states otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking details are shared once your shipment has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or events outside our control, but we will keep you informed and help resolve issues.
