Return & Refund Policy

Bulk production starts only after you approve a sample or written specification. The approved sample is the quality and specification reference for your order.

If goods arrive with manufacturing defects or do not match the approved sample, notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery with photos, videos and carton details.

• Defects are verified against the approved sample and specifications
• Accepted claims are resolved by replacement, repair, credit note or partial refund, as agreed

• Custom and private-label goods made to an approved sample
• Goods that have been used, washed, altered or re-labelled
• Variations within normal industry tolerances for colour, measurements and quantity

• Email us your order number, issue description and evidence
• Our team reviews the claim and replies with next steps
• Any return shipping must be approved in writing before goods are sent back

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a credit against a future order. Processing time depends on the payment method and bank.

Sample charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in your quotation.
